Paper management system is open from February 10 through May 12, 2015.

Notifications about acceptance / rejection of papers will be sent between May 12 and July 12, 2015.

Authors whose papers are accepted will be invited to register for the conference and pay registration fee between July 12 and September 10, 2015.

Please note that all papers (including extended abstracts and proposals for IMMAA’s poster session) should be submitted in .doc or .docx formats electronically via paper management system. There are to be no email submissions of extended abstracts or proposals addressed to any member of the Executive or Scientific Committee. All submissions will be peer-reviewed in a double-blind fashion by referees nominated to the conference’s Program Committee.
